This single vineyard Piquepoul was planted in 2019 in the alluvial soils of the Willunga Piedmont. The variety is well suited to our terroir: it produces slowly maturing good quality fruit which retains flavour and acidity.
Organically grown and hand-picked, the grapes are then crafted into this wine by our friend Tim Geddes. The pressed juice has been barrel fermented resulting in a wine which retains acidity and freshness but has added complexity.
